Called Sunday afternoon due to a loud screeching noise coming from the boiler, within 10 minutes received a call back from Frank who advised that I shut down the boiler & turn it back on when I came back from my appointment & to call back if there still was a problem. The issue was resolved. Monday, I received a phone message from the service department to see if everything was ok....Nice follow up...Everything was good until Tuesday at 1am when the noise started again. I called service the next morning. That afternoon Frank came when I got home from work. Frank explained the situation, worked his magic & even had time to do a tune up on the boiler. A BIG THANK YOU to Frank & Hart for excellent service...J
