Still Waiting for a Call

Service was performed on the boiler as it was an emergency and under contract. . I am still waiting for the office to get back to me regarding a new boiler and work associated with the process. I never heard back from sales. We’re all busy but I am a longtime customer for over 33 years.

Awesome Service by Installers ONLY (DON C.). Review is for the Installing Team .

Survey is for the technician installing team. The company still needs to refund money for work not performed. My story is long and winded-so, please be patient. Approximately one week ago I requested a tune up (Julio) the first guy came and without even looking at anything told me my system is old and it appeared there was a few oil spots on the cement floor. I explained that in 2017 Hart Home Comfort overfilled my tank causing a spill. A spill which I had to pay for not the company. It was not my mistake but HHC. I called and requested an estimate for a new oil tank. I went with a 275 gallon Roth. Well, Kevin O’D came and took measurements. He took the wrong measurements and well when delivery day came (Don and Marwin) were the lucky technicians to deliver and install a tank that did not fit! They worked so diligently and were extremely professional. Turns out—I did not need a new tank! There was no leak! Poor measurements and a tech that should look first before hitting a panic alarm button. My satisfaction survey ONLY applies to Don and Marwin. They can come back anytime if and when I need an install of any equipment. Additionally, Tim-thank you and definitely if and when I need new equipment-I will have you measure. My family and I have been with HHC for over 35 years (prior to the merger with LACO). I expect better as we have been loyal customers. I believe your original tech wanted to sell something that I truly did not need (at least not now).

We failed you here and we sincerely apologize. We spoke with the sales representative and we believe he made a mistake due to a prior stain on the tank.
