Tech did not listen to specific comments from myself the homeowner regarding issues that is happening with the heat. Basically was a wasted hour of my life because the tech did his own thing anyway without addressing the chief complaint. Tech made sure to state that my diagnosis and how I went about It was incorrect and that this is his job. Long story short the heat failed within two hours of him leaving. A second tech came the next morning, took the time to listen to my concerns, and what I had to say regarding the issue. Found the problem right away and had it fixed within a half hour. The second tech went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly, neat, clean, on time and explained everything fully.
