We had a second heating technician come to our house and evaluated what’s wrong with our heater in our bedroom closet. He was able to fix the problem without having to replace any parts. Much better experience this time.

Home Hart did not fix our heating problem. It was a simple issue with one radiator on our bedroom closet that was not putting out heat. This has been a yearly problem in our home and usually Home Hart takes care of it w/o problem. The service man tells me that the service to fix the radiator is NOT covered by our heating service plan! We needed to pay out of pocket for the labor and parts! We refused to have this service done knowing that we had to pay out of pocket for the whole service repair. This has never happened to us before and we have been with Home Hart for many years!

Good Morning, Unfortunately, it is impossible for Hart to cover every part that is on the boiler, burner, tank and water heater. We have full coverage on many parts that go in our comprehensive service plans, and then we offer discounted parts on labor and parts on anything that is not covered.

Experience was the key to fixing this issue and Sean definitely knew what he was doing. We've been with Heart for over 25 years, have met many of your techs, for the most part have always had very good service. Most of your employees are personable, clean, and knowledgeable. I had never seen Sean before, so I assume he is new or new to my area. He did an outstanding job, wore a mask the entire time, and worked efficiently. I hope he will continue to service us whenever possible.
