Claudio came out to assess our system right away as we had our irrigation fellow waiting on the line being fixed before he could drain our system. Claudio gave an estimate of service call cost ($148) plus labour cost per hour. (Remember that if you have two people come out, there is a labour cost for each person, based on their experience and expertise.) Early the next week, Claudio and Hamish worked consistently and efficiently for two days to fix our many issues with plumbing. They were honest and hard-working, gave solid advice, kept us updated about specific issues with plumbing that they could do something about immediately and those that they would wait to fix until we were going to do house renovations and didn't mind holes in walls. They were neat and tidy and cleaned up after themselves. They were polite and not intrusive (i.e. no music playing as they worked) and considerate of children and dogs. Before they left, they tested all systems thoroughly. We purchased 5 toilets from them and, once we had done our research online about reasonable costs, offered us a fair price and had all toilets and parts available ready for install that day. The invoice was laid out clearly with service call cost and labour costs and then detailed parts. They also included notes about issues and specific items that may need to be addressed in the future. If all Leaside Plumbing service technicians are like these guys, you won't regret hiring them.
