I used this company on Saturday and today. Both times the customer service was excellent. Enjoyed working with the technicians.
The service personnel (not all but some) do not have supplies for simple repairs and have to make an extra trip back to their shop in Waco to retrieve these item(s). I do not believe this is their fault, what I do believe is that they are told to do this so they can charge extra truck, trip and labor charges. Lochridge-Priest used to have a reputable representation with us, but has declined in the past 12-18 months. We have learned to go purchase these items that they do not bring locally if available ourselves for completion of the project/repair. Our communication with Dan Michalek/ Rodger Chase is impeccable and appreciated.
Called in by David (won't be onsite) Call Justin- maintenance lead (254) 534-7357 Front AC (ACU15) in the printing room is not cooling. Compressor is on roof. Also would like tech to check out the middle unit in the printing room (ACU16) to ensure it is working properly
Don Oliver (254) 799-4911 Ext 59811 Inspect chiller lines to printer press to determine if they are copper/pvc/rubber. Take pictures and gather list of materials for moving two sets of lines 5-7 ft from printer press location. Determine how many techs are needed, etc. Lines come across ceiling and at the elbow it drops down to the press. Need to add lines about 5-7ft at that elbow across and add another to drop down from there. Would like us to come out Wednesday when the manufacturer is there to perform the work.
