Arrived exactly within the window, super fast to diagnose the problem, communicated with me on having to go buy a part (not a problem at all!), and honest and upfront with the cost. Highly recommend and while I hope my AC doesn’t break again, if it does, I’ll be Cali f again! :)

It took the, Coy Warren, the Specialty Air serviceman, about 15 minutes to evaluate and remedy the problems with my nonfunctioning HVAC unit. He also suggested a better and much less costly filter for my HVAC. Saved me a fortune in filters. I will be calling on Specialty Air for all future needs with my unit. Thank you, Coy!

A new furnace was quoted the next day after inspecting the old furnace. and the next day was installed ! what service ! Installers of the new furnace were extremely professional and knew just what to do finishing with a final check that all was working.

In Huntington Beach today working on a furnace. Regular maintenance is important for reliable operation. This one is looking like it’s in great shape for its age.
United Westlabs, a Santa Ana based company, was having difficulty maintaining the temperature in their server room. The ductless system was repaired along with providing insurance certificates and paperless invoicing to complete the job quickly and effectively.
A long time customer moved to Mission Viejo and needed some work done on their new home to improve performance and efficiency. We had asbestos removed. Replaced duct work, registers and grills. Cleaned furnace and coil. Added filter rack with filter for better air cleaning. A good beginning for their new home.

We were the Seville floor plan in Laguna Woods to install new Daikin Ductless heat pump system and remove old through wall unit.
This morning we’re servicing one of our own installations. Everything checked out and this one is safe for many years to come.
On a heating service call in irvine we replaced the original thermostat with a new digital/programmable. The performance makes it worth a little touch up!
