In Huntington Beach today working on a furnace. Regular maintenance is important for reliable operation. This one is looking like it’s in great shape for its age.
Found that the ductwork was deteriorating. Replaced all the duct work and also replaced the registers for better air distribution.

Just completed a Ducting job at a customers home. The customer previously had original fiberglass only ducting, which allows leaks and has extremely poor airflow. We redesigned his ducting layout as well as changed to a newer more efficient type of ductwork called Flex Ducting. Flex ducting has 3 layers compiled together to make for a efficient, cost effective, zero air leakage option for those who have either asbestos, fiberglass, or old ducting that are looking to replace.

Arrived to inspect furnace that was installed in 2011. Found duct work to be asbestos . Asbestos that's disturb is harmful for the air in the home
