Jared Zanelli was the service tech today after 3 previous techs tried to figure out an issue we have with the AC drainage system not working properly and shutting down our system. After a quick look he figured an air vent was needed to create a vacuum so the system would drain properly. It was quick thinking on his part and overlooked by others. Thank you again Jared! Wilcox peeps - keep this guy at all costs!
