We were very happy with the way Mario handled our project. The project involved a few setbacks along the way but Mario stayed on top of things, and he even noticed some defects that we didn’t and made sure that they were corrected. He made sure that the employees under him didn’t cut corners and we really appreciated that. Mario did a great job.

Mario, our project manager, was excellent at keeping our kitchen project always moving forward. His attention to "the little stuff" was much appreciated. He was onsite and communicated with us at least once everyday. The completed project is beautiful. Tiffany, our DFW Improved decorator, was able to zero in on our needs and help us design a very cohesive look that also works with the rest of our decor. Kenneth, our sales guy, was personable, had good suggestions and was very thorough in the early contract days of the project.

We just had a complete office redone, split into his and her style. The process was not only on-time, but stuck to the quote and was professional and super easy. Luis stayed in constant communication, always setting expectations of the next step and when someone was arriving. The rooms look better than expected. Each person involved was very professional, efficient and we are extremely happy. We highly recommend this company. Thank you for the amazing work - our offices look great!
