We recently had our upstairs bathroom completely gutted and remodeled by DFW Improved, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. Our project manager, Mario, was an absolute rock star. He kept us in the loop every step of the way, using modern methods like text updates and electronic document reviews and sign-offs. One of the standout features of working with DFW Improved was their fantastic design center. It really helped us visualize what the end product would look like, and it was super useful in making our selections. The entire team was exceptionally clean, careful, and fast - finishing a complete overhaul in just 3 weeks. The tilework, in particular, was precise and of top quality. Mario and his crew kept the work area organized and were incredibly respectful of our space, making the entire process seamless and hiccup-free. In summary, if you're looking for top-notch contractors, look no further than DFW Improved. They're professional, timely, and the quality of work is excellent. We’ll absolutely be using them for any future home projects.

Fantastic master bath

With the help of our project manager Mario, we went from an old 90’s style master bathroom to a stunning new style. Over the course of about 2 months our bathroom went from foundation and studs to completed space with frameless shower. The design and construction staff were all very professional and we will definitely call DFW Improved for our new remodeling project.

Overall a great experience, they are very knowledgeable, dependable, and easy to work with. DFW Improved completely remodeled our master bath and we could not be more thrilled with the results! They are top notch professionals, our Project Manager Ray Rodriguez was always available to answer my many questions. As well as video call me to make a decision while the crew was onsite, as he knew I would want to, but my schedule wouldn't allow me to be there to help confirm. He was more than willing to accommodate our needs, while driving to meet the project timeline. Anytime we would make a request, Ray worked his magic to make it happen! Highly recommend. DFW Improved just completed a full remodel of my primary bath – and I am very happy with the results. I chose DFW Improved for two reasons: 1) excellent online reviews and 2) in-house designers with a showroom. Conceptualizing and designing are not my strengths, and since this was my first remodel, I needed experts to guide me. From the first meeting at the home, to the second meeting at their design showroom, the Designers were able to quickly understand what I wanted and what would fit within my budget. While the design capabilities were my primary differentiation in choosing DFW Improved, I will continue to use them in the future because of their very strong project management. The daily communication of the project manager was excellent - I always knew who was coming when, what for, and for how long. They offered great advice when options popped up during the build and were flexible working around some scheduling anomalies that I created. The strong project management made execution a breeze. And if you have read a lot of reviews, you know that seems to be most competitors’ weak point.

My wife, Mona, and I found the people at DFW-Improved to be extremely professional, very helpful, and true to their word. In particular, Gary the initial sales person provided a level of comfort and trust that made us decide to go with this company for our renovation. In addition, Ray Rodriguez, project manager, kept us well informed, provided a schedule of work, and for the most part keep the work running on time. We understood that certain things can (and did) come up that were unavoidable, but we were very happy with the level of work and oversight by Ray. We have had not-so-good-experiences with other remodeling companies and I'm happy to say that our experience with DFW Improved exceeded our expectations.
