DFW Improved just completed a full remodel of my primary bath – and I am very happy with the results. I chose DFW Improved for two reasons: 1) excellent online reviews and 2) in-house designers with a showroom. Conceptualizing and designing are not my strengths, and since this was my first remodel, I needed experts to guide me. From the first meeting at the home, to the second meeting at their design showroom, the Designers were able to quickly understand what I wanted and what would fit within my budget. While the design capabilities were my primary differentiation in choosing DFW Improved, I will continue to use them in the future because of their very strong project management. The daily communication of the project manager was excellent - I always knew who was coming when, what for, and for how long. They offered great advice when options popped up during the build and were flexible working around some scheduling anomalies that I created. The strong project management made execution a breeze. And if you have read a lot of reviews, you know that seems to be most competitors’ weak point.
