Overall a great experience, they are very knowledgeable, dependable, and easy to work with. DFW Improved completely remodeled our master bath and we could not be more thrilled with the results! They are top notch professionals, our Project Manager Ray Rodriguez was always available to answer my many questions. As well as video call me to make a decision while the crew was onsite, as he knew I would want to, but my schedule wouldn't allow me to be there to help confirm. He was more than willing to accommodate our needs, while driving to meet the project timeline. Anytime we would make a request, Ray worked his magic to make it happen! Highly recommend.
