Customer showed me several spray heads sticking up an inch or two in the front beds (photos). I explained that the heads were installed to that height from the beginning, and is normal. I also offered to lower and straighten some crooked heads for a charge…declined. Explained memberships: declined. I advised that we should be charging a service call, however he stated that he called 10 minutes after the winterization asking about the heads sticking up.
