Please leave all irrigation shut-off valves closed to prevent re-introducing water into your system, which could cause freeze damage. If you notice any water dripping outside, or icicle formations on irrigation pipes, please call us to schedule having your shut-off valve replaced immediately. We look forward to starting up and inspecting your system in the Spring! Don’t forget to renew your annual membership, if you haven’t already! Any necessary repairs or upgrades were identified and recommendations provided.

As you already have the bones of a system in place, we are going to come in and add 3 zones of irrigation in the rear yard. You have chase line in place and please flag them so my guys can use them. We will also add a zone in the front as I can only find 1 head and it makes sense to simply add that zone while we are on site. The controller is new and will be used. A 110v socket to be provided by the homeowner before installation can begin. Not having your electric ready for the installation crew will result in a delayed install start date or completion. This was discussed with you during my visit, and it is critical that you understand this point as it is your responsibility. It is important to note that an irrigation system, while being minimally invasive, will leave lawn marks and turned-up bedded areas.
