Scheduling is confusing. Service was provided across the street and then service man was sent across town. He then returned hours later to do ours. Why wouldn’t service be provided in same area at the same time?

Stan, We try our best to make our scheduling as efficient as possible. Sometimes it doesn't work out as well as we would like. We have to move a lot of appointments around on a daily basis and once in a while we will see one house early in the day and then see their neighbor in the afternoon. If you do see this happening again and it would be more convenient for you, talk to the tech. If he can swing by your place he will. Thank you for the feedback. We appreciate your business.
