Water never turned on sytem to my knowledge is broken the guy was telling me never turned on would be service call called office they are aware

Service call Owner complained of water leaking inside house and low pressure on all back yard zones. Found winterization bib in crawlspace under deck, hose bib was left wide open. Closed hose bib and no more water leaks, zones have full pressure. Went thru all zones quickly to see if full pressure was achieved; it was.
