Repairing light fixture that was broken. When I arrived, tried calling Mr. on cell but no answer, left voicemail. Mrs. did meet me on site after some time of being here already. Replacing light fixture by driveway, then testing to ensure it works properly. Outlet by transformer needed to be reset, would not reset instantly had to press several times. Once power to transformer, tested front lights And found that lights along foundation are working well. Light on opposite side of white gate along. Driveway is working the remaining lights do not work. I left flags by first three lights that are not working near bottom of driveway to indicate where to start first. MH did have the second, third and fourth light flagged for these lights were dim when he was here for lighting inspection. MH did say he wrote an estimate and sent to homeowner to be approved. Our licensed plumber will tap into your main water line at the front of the home and install a brass backflow to code. The constant pressure system is currently set at 72psi while we got slightly better outside and 9 gpm. Our plumber will run left through the thick wall to the stable, move up and out the back approximately 6 feet off the ground with copper that you will cover with mahogany. U=You on site guidance during this process will ensure that it is done to your spec. Stage 1: We will install the backflow outside, run 1.5" poly left to the gravel and cross at a 45 degree angle to the lawn and down to the run entrance. From there we will switch to 1.25" poly that will loop the run. This requires that we dig out the gravel by hand so we can bury the pipe close to the wall. Extensive electrical troubleshooting to determine why approx 30 fixtures not working. Dug up several wire connections, and used wire locator to locate buried wire. Re-spliced at least 3 connections at the front left driveway corner, left side, and inside transformer. Inspected lights (see estimate) and replaced 3 bad uplight bulbs. Also reassembled at least 3 uplights and 1 path light that were apart. installed 1 missing uplight bulb, left of driveway. Front foundation bed: Replaced 2 uplight bulbs which were missing. Re-tested and found voltage below 8v for all fixtures tested, which is likely causing dimmer bulbs. Will need further troubleshooting to determine where the problem is and if new wire needs to be installed. Cannot add any new fixtures until voltage can be increased. Will re-evaluate after next service.
