I called customer on the way and advised her that her photo shows that the problem has nothing to do with the irrigation system and she needs a plumber to replace the shutoff valve for a hose bib on the house. She requested that I come out anyway to confirm, which I did. Customer should have a 1” pvb with copper pipe installed in the spring. See photo.
