Valve box in the back is full of water upon arrival, with standing water puddles in lawn around the box, due to heavy rain overnight. Water has been off and system was winterized since October 3, and backflow preventer is dry, indicating that the current water is from groundwater. I advised Rich that we do not do drainage work, and he would have to contact a drainage contractor to remedy. No leaks were found in the box at previous 2 visits, but we can recheck for possible leaks at 2024 Startup service.

Need to move a few heads, change a few nozzles, etc. to get better coverage. Also zone to right of driveway needs some attention. __________________________________________________________________________________ 1. Front yard: Works well. NOTHING NEEDED. 2. Right side of driveway: replace 1 4” spray head that gets stuck and won’t come out of the ground under pressure. Change 3 spray nozzles, adjust all nozzles spray pattern and distance. Close the two / three spray heads at end of driveway where bushes are to increase pressure to rest of zone along driveway. Also need to change and move one head rear year near sidewalk to to backyard. These low flow rotors are part of the zone on right side of driveway.
