Please leave all irrigation shut-off valves closed to prevent re-introducing water into your system, which could cause freeze damage. If you notice any water dripping outside, or icicle formations on irrigation pipes, please call us to schedule having your shut-off valve replaced immediately. - Replaced (4) clogged nozzles on zone 2 due to sidewalk work that was done. Line was broken and repairs but dirt had already gotten into line and clogged it heads. Pressure seems a little lower on this zone in comparison to zone 1. Both zones have 8 spray heads with MP nozzles so there could be a possible small kink in the line underground that was caused by sidewalk work. No way of knowing without tearing up entire lawn, zone is operating fine for now pressure wise, and customer is ok with how it looks, just could be a little better. - Unrelated to street work, zones were not turning on through Hydrawise app. Checked connection and signal strength is currently low, although it says it has been high recently and only has been low in the last hour. Told customer that everything should be fine and that the program that is setup on Hydrawise will still run. Zone 2 didn’t have any time on it so I added 30 minutes per customer request.
