Did not get intimation of jammed knob on downstream tap

While the technician was polite and efficient - he didn’t let me know in person about a jammed downstream tap knob. Now I don’t know if I need a plumber to fix this or will this be part of Spring maintenance by Allwet?

Leak, back right lawn. Zone 19. Leak at blue flag, far back mid lawn perimeter edge. Zones 21-23. Not working. Zone 32. Broken rotor, far back perimeter. Several rotary heads may need to be raised due to construction and grading in back right.

Leaking inside by shut off customers needs plumber Controller cannot be located inside the house or outside the house, customer is new to home and has looked everywhere but nothing, must determine if system can be reused or if he need a whole new system, there is visible sprinklers on property and a valve box with wires next to backflow, also backflow is no longer up to code

The idea is to create a minimalist lighting feature that will cover the path leading from the driveway, up to the home, and end on the other side of the gate near the steps. The bed across from the garage will gain 1 wash-lights to replace the broken light. The main gate will get 2 up-lights that will highlight the brick columns. An additional up-light will be used to light the tree top of the path and the tree at the end of the path will gain a single up-light. Old path lights and broken bed lights will be removed. Your existing transformers should be turned off as we will replaced it with an Astro controller that will run all the Led low voltage lights being installed. It will either be installed at the 110v outlet sitting in the bed or it will be installed inside the garage on the left side wall. Your custom lighting system will be controlled by an Astronomical timer which uses a pre-programmed database of times for sunrise and sunset to tell your system when to turn on and off

Troubleshoot a few path lights not working in back right, and 3 well lights not working in far back right bed. Tested lights in back right and dug up several wires between the 3 fixtures. Determined that the first well light had a severed wire and bad par30 bulb, the next has a bad bulb, and the 3rd had a loose wire connection. I repaired the severed wire and tested voltage at 13.7 volts at all 3 fixtures. Reburied the wire dug up. Customer supplies and replaces own bulbs. Need to return for additional repairs: see estimate.
