- Repair leak on zone 1 surrounded by roots - Replace leaking rotor on zone 2 *Service call charge removed per JO* - Excavated area to see where leak was coming from on zone 1, unable to fix leak now as it is underneath sidewalk. Added 1/2 hr labor charge for this work, customer doesn’t want to pay this since leak was not fixed. Only collected for replacing head at this time but kept labor charge on invoice and told customer management can deal with billing. - Created estimate to rerun pipe under sidewalk and around roots, customer declined and wants to rip up sidewalk and have us come back to repair leak once it is accessible. This will incur a $120 service call charge plus whatever technician on site estimates repairs to be.
