The project is still in a fluid stage and therefore, our estimate is solely based on the original plans I am using as the site has yet to be graded or physically mapped out. Based on my plan review, conversations with Sean and yourself, I am proposing the following installation that will enable effective and efficient watering of all new plantings. We will combine the use of multi wrapped drip for the large conifers and MP Rotors for all flowers and ground cover. The number of zones will be about 21. The use of MP heads will create a water efficient system that will enable us to target the planting with limited overspray. A combination of whole, halves, quarters and side strips based on bed pattern will be applied. You current 6" well is 380' deep and outputs 7gpm.
