Winterization We have completed a thorough winterization of your irrigation system. Please leave all irrigation shut-off valves closed to prevent re-introducing water into your system, which could cause freeze damage. If you notice any water dripping outside, or icicle formations on irrigation pipes, please call us to schedule having your shut-off valve replaced immediately. We look forward to starting up and inspecting your system in the Spring! Don’t forget to renew your annual membership, if you haven’t already! Any necessary repairs or upgrades were identified and recommendations provided. Performed electrical troubleshooting due to problems turning on zones at the timer: Master valve is shorted, AND the valve appears to be leaking in the box. Zone 2 shows open circuit. All other zone circuits appear ok at this time.
I believe that this job should be a Manager Site Visit, not a billable Lighting Service Call. Customer stated that his 2 GFCI outlets behind pool and on shed started tripping the breaker, and he traced it back to June 22 from his camera system (installation date). I advised customer that he would need an electrician, however he stated that he had electricians here multiple times and could not locate the problem after $1,000 of cost. He also asked if we would pay the electrician cost. I advised him that we have clauses that state All Wet is not responsible for unmarked utilities, and that the line voltage wire should be buried 12”-24”, and we don’t install pipes deeper than 6”. Austin also advised me later that everything was hand dug here in the back due to the fences. I did the favor of wire tracing the romex from back right GFCI, under cement pool patio, across back left lawn, to a junction box at back right foundation. Left 2 flags in back left lawn. Need to replace a backflow prevent 3/4 split on cold weather sent estimate
Reviewed timer settings and corrected front timer setting. Currently set for dusk to 12am. Corrected current time on both timers.
Performed full inspection on all 27 lights (12 back + 15 front). Cleaned off mud and leaves from several lenses. Light in front of garage was blocked by layer of mud. Straightened several fixtures and adjusted as requested. Dug up and lowered 1 fixture near basketball hoop as requested, and buried exposed wire. Moved 1 existing path light from right of path to left of path, as requested. Retested good.
Gate valve is not holding all the way, we can replace the ball valve, however customer wants to contact her plumber first. Estimate will be attached.

Replaced 5 Mr-16s. Closest to mailbox by drive, closest to garage by drive, both tree up lights left by drive, and tree left of front door. Customer supplied me with 5 mr-11s that she had. I replaced them but explained we are not liable if they do not work properly.

Couldn’t see what is broken due to dirt and water filling box. Tech is to produce estimate upon arrival on service call
