Remove valve and cap main pipe. Repair wire connections as needed and install valve box on wire connections and main pipe tee.
Troubleshoot damage and modifications needed to irrigation system due to excavation and future cement due to charging stations on left side. Dug up several areas to track 1.25” main pipe. Used wire locator to track and flag 2 wires running approx 18” from left side foundation. It does not appear to branch perpendicular to foundation. Discussed with Dean and landscaper and they agreed to leave at least 18” of cement-free space from foundation, to prevent main pipe and wires from becoming inaccessible underneath cement.
