Winterization We have completed a thorough winterization of your irrigation system. Please leave all irrigation shut-off valves closed to prevent re-introducing water into your system, which could cause freeze damage. If you notice any water dripping outside, or icicle formations on irrigation pipes, please call us to schedule having your shut-off valve replaced immediately. We look forward to starting up and inspecting your system in the Spring! Don’t forget to renew your annual membership, if you haven’t already! Any necessary repairs or upgrades were identified and recommendations provided.

Zone 3- Rebury (1) rotor that is too high and slightly crooked Zone 4- Replace (1) clogged and non retracting rotor and move approx 1.5 ft closer to driveway for better coverage (may not be possible due to possible concrete overpour from newly installed Belgium block driveway, but will not know this until it is dug up) Zone 7- Replace (1) non rotating rotor and move approx 2 ft closer to driveway for better coverage (may not be possible due to possible concrete overpour from newly installed Belgium block driveway, but will not know this until it is dug up) and raise/replace (1) non retracting rotor that is buried for better coverage *after digging up heads, found I was able to move them closer to Belgium block without any issues. ___________________________________________________________________ *All Wet is not responsible for any unmarked under ground utilities. *Landscaper may need to do minor cleanup/top dressing after repairs. *Further repairs may be needed once system is ful
Add spray head near mailbox for better coverage Zone8 has a continuous flow of water coming out of heads indicating a possible weeping valve for that particular zone….replaced zone valve free of charge and issue stopped ….recommend installing a filter and possibly replacing master valve

SRC Controller (Garage): Zone 2- Add (2) 4” spray heads to better cover rear left grass area between house and pool Zone 7- Replace (1) rotor and add (1) rotor to better cover grass area behind pool Pro C Controller (Behind Shed) Zone 1- Low pressure, replace (6) standard spray nozzles with (6) MP nozzles Zone 2- Replace (1) broken 12” spray and replace (1) 12” spray with 4” spray for better coverage of grass area near bottom of steps leading from pool to pond *Notified homeowner that coverage could be slightly better in the areas mentioned above, however I think main issue is some sort of fungus growing in the lawn. Zone 7- Adjusted rotor along right side of driveway spraying into driveway near garage Zone 12- are buried 6” spray head at grade that was sticking up too high; this was also the zone that customer thought there may be a leaking head, checked area of concern and found head was not actually leaking; seemed like it was a combination of low head drainage, as well as head spraying into boxwood and coming straight down creating a small puddle (area is also underneath a tree where there is a lot of shade and water does not dry up as easily), turned off last spray head on zone in this area to help reduce amount of water that puddles in this area, customer will monitor, explained to him that some water will still puddle a little in this area and that it is normal and doesn’t necessarily mean there is a leak in the irrigation piping/head). *No charge for visit today*

12 zones total. Troubleshoot low pressure on zone 12; Found 1 rotary head jammed from sand/sediment, was able to pull it up and clean it, however I recommended to replace it. Tested zones 10&11 and determined that the pressure is the same or not much better. Also found another head jammed, and was able to pull it up and clean it a little. Assessed zone valves in valve box: no problem found there. Assessed the well tank and plumbing: all valves are fully open. Pressure gauge at well tank reads approx 33 psi and stays steady…was not climbing. Advised customer that it is possible that the well pump is not performing 100%. It is also possible that the well tank is not functioning properly. Suggest having a well company service and set the flow rate performance. Current system is designed to require at least 15 gpm flow, since there are at least 6 heads per zone.
