We have completed a thorough winterization of your irrigation system. Please leave all irrigation shut-off valves closed to prevent re-introducing water into your system, which could cause freeze damage. If you notice any water dripping outside, or icicle formations on irrigation pipes, please call us to schedule having your shut-off valve replaced immediately. Any necessary repairs or upgrades were identified and recommendations provided.
Check the backflow upon arrival. Backflow was frozen. Opened test ports while water was on and nothing came out. Possibly going to need to replace backflow (free of charge).
Winterization completed -zone 14 stock valve and broken head
Head was off of the fitting. I retreaded it. Flushed the head out. Head was full of dirt so I flushed it out to the best of my ability. Showed Joe that it was turning on and that if it needs to be replaced to give a call and I would come back and replace it.

With these services completed, your irrigation system is now running efficiently and effectively. ___________________________________________________________________ Inspection Report 1” rpz backflow preventer is dripping Took pressure reading during startup as some zones are a little weaker then others. Dynamic pressure is great around 30-45 psi. After finished with the inspection removed pressure gauge and the inside was all filled with sediment likely well is a little dirty. Likely will need valve replacements in the near future. They are ok at this time though. Recommend installing a view flow filter to catch sediment before it goes through the zone valves to
