Upon arrival spoke with homeowner about winterizing system. He informed me that there could be a possible repair in backyard for his next-door neighbor mentioned that there was water leaking onto his property so homeowner turned irrigation water off. While trying to winterize, I found the backflow was not holding pressure from internals, informed homeowner and got approval to repair internals. After repaired, then tried to winterize again, heard a noise in backyard middle, under pavers, informed homeowner of possible broken pipe. I seen a few heads, tried to winterize, but due to lack of pressure from this break they were unable to fully rise. Need to repair poly break under pavers before commencing with winterization. Homeowner said he has a masonry person that will be available to lift pavers up then to put back even when we are done with repair.
