Foundation drip inspection. No issues found , customer had turned off irrigation system and problem area dried out significantly, if problem happens again please call us back out here.
Completed system winterization
10 Path Lights will be installed along the walkway, 5 lights will be placed on each side with a spacing of about 6 feet. a sleeve under the walkway will be performed in order to connect the Lights on the other side of the walkway. In addition, 3 up-lights will be installed on the left front of the home to illuminate the main sections along the left front, 1 up-light for the left front tree, 2-up-lights for the middle front tree and 1 up-light for the right front tree. 3 year warranty on Light fixtures.
Replaced 1 threaded cap, 2 leaking heads from connection in ground and attached 1 riser provided by customer in front flower bed.
Replaced (2) heads in backyard and capped (1) riser on side of house
Came out to do winter shut off, customer said we can do full system check up next time we come to turn her system on.
Thought there may have been leak on system, no leak found. System check performed no issues
The re-install will outlined the roof lines for the front view and also for the right side on the 1st and 2nd story of the house with c-9 red and cool whites. Path lights will illuminate the left front flower bed for about 55 feet with c9 cool whites. The middle front tree will be wrap up with 6 cool white bundles in order to illuminate the main trunk for about 11 feet high with 5mm cool whites. customer did not purchase the timer, he will have it ready for us. Customer received an estimate on the previous year when he purchased the Lights, we will match the price.

Per customer we repaired pipe leak and adjusted a couple of nozzles.
Zone one left side of house good. Zone two front flowerbeds 1 nozzle. Zone three front rotors good. Zone four parkway wire connects fixed =good / Roots are possible the culprit. Zone five backyard good.
Zone 1 left side front - 4 leaking heads, add 1 head by mailbox( 10ft of pipe), 1 broken riser 18 in Zone 2 right side front - 2 low heads, 2 heads spin when they come on, 4 clogged nozzles Zone 3 right side of house- good Zone 4 backyard - replace 3 heads
Original install was on 12/02/22 with the following items: 91 feet of Christmas lights strands for the front of the house (2nd story roof lines ) and 9 feet on the 1st story with C9 warm whites.
