Upon arrival, the customer showed us an area near the alley that was saturated. Excavated the area & discovered that water was trapped in a drain line. Observed the meter & performed pressure test, discovering that there was no leak in the irrigation or domestic lines.

We cleaned out front and sides drains also customer was given a quote to reconnect a downspout that is not connected to existing drain Customer has a very low dip in the backyard she believe she had a break in drainage we pressurized it and we also dig it up it was pvc drain no breaks were found. We did find that down spout that was connected to that drain it was completely filled with leaves and dirt advised customer she need proper drainage connections with the downspout On the sides drains I found gutter down spout connections that were broken. Will cause unnecessary debris to get in drain.

Lateral line break and couple heads stay up after system turns off
Performed full system. Observed meter & performed pressure test, confirming that there was no mainline leak. Replaced the rain/freeze sensor battery & changed run times for the winter season.
We found a leak on the irrigation line on the left side of the house. We repaired the leak and checked the system. The customer still has one more leak but it is very tiny so she is going to wait until she notices a wet spot. She will call us back when she wants to move forward with the other leak.
For this job customer requested to relocate 2 heads on the left side of the house towards the backyard.
3 heads by sidewalk leaking. 1 6in heads needs to be relocated on right side of house. And 1 12 in heads needs to be installed on flowerbed better coverage. And needs to install a R/F sensor to detect rough weather.
front flowerbeds For the ground lights that will run across the front and left side flowerbeds on the right side, we will start by the gutter downspout on the left side. We will end by the gate. The power will come from the power outlet on the front right side of the door. The lights will be controlled with a photo cell timer. A full warranty will be provided with these lights until they are removed, this will occur either the first or second week of January. Once the lights are removed they will be stored in a tote and left with the homeowner.
All good the timer is set up 5 pm - 6am and the client agree with it

Customer called because he believed he had a leak in the front. We found a busted lateral line on zone 3, right side of flower bed, fixed a “T” connection. Replaced module for controller. Customer will mess with his own times, and declined for us to clean up the sidewalks, said it will clean itself.
We fixed a mainline leak behind two valve. We had to redo the piping and replace one valve in that same area. He led system, found 4 bad heads, and leaving and estimate to find and fix problem for zone 5, doesn’t seem to work, seems like a cable problem, tried it with a new valve and nothing. Leaving an estimate for new dca as well.
