Checked system. Replaced two heads backyard on station 5. Replaced one backyard bed by pool.left side facing front of house. Replaced one head front right strip facing house. Replaced one nozzle. 972-834-4521 Trace T.
Checked system for leaks. Opened master valve and performed leak test with dca. No leaks detected. Re calibrated and changed battery for rain freeze sensor. Changed nozzle zone 2 front right corner. 972-834-4521 Trace T.
Replacement of the zone valve for station 23 on the controller that uses the well. The valve is damaged and does not fully open the bed behind the basketball court.
Replaced DCA due to age & rusted off handles. Also replaced sticking pop up on station 2 in parkway. Sent estimate to replace leaking zone valve in front yard.
Upon arrival the customer informed us that two valve boxes in the front lawn had been holding water. He also showed us an area of the yard on the right side near the gate that was extremely saturated and had been for some time. The customer thinks that his neighbor possibly has a leak in the backyard that is causing the issue, but wanted to confirm that it wasn’t his system that is leaking. When attempting pressure test, found that the DCA was rusted out & did not have handles. Pumped out the valve boxes and determined that one or both of the valves were possibly seeping water. Performed full system check, discovering 1 sticking pop up that also had a clogged nozzle. Sent estimate to the customer to replace DCA as well as the sticking pop up. The customer wants to hold off on repairing the valves at this time.
We replaced 15 heads short Customer approved quote from last time We replaced 3 risers and straighten one We replaced 11 nozzles We also replaced 3 rotors Customer has full head to head coverage now
System Check - We replaced one crooked/loose 6” pop up on zone 5. We also replaced 2 nozzles on this zone due to them being clogged. Lastly, on zone 6, we capped off an unnecessary head.

Customer called because of a leak that have in the back on zone 4, we found it to be a lateral line, really high up so we packed it down and low as we can. Buried cables in back, replaced a leaking rotor in back, corner, spraying where the ac unit is, replaced a head in zone 1 parkway, replaced a clogged nozzle as well.
We came to check the system because if some wet areas by the side dig the house we started investigating and we saw she had 3 broken heads by the side of the house. We also saw another leaking rotor and 2 rotors in the back yard that weren’t able to be adjusted, we found 2 flower pots missing and 2 nozzles in the turf that were broken. We also saw a couple heads that were low crooked. The customer only wanted to do the leaking stuff. For the rotors in the back we let the customer know if we weren’t able to unscrew them from where they are we’d have to lift the turf up and we’d try to put it back as best as we can but we’re not professionals The customer also wanted us to clean her drainage because she said it wasn’t working properly. We started washing the drainage and immediately saw that there was a break in the drainage by the flower bed where she said it was wet. We told the customer that we recommended to do the drainage because the pipe is super small and that’s why it gets clogg

For this job we found the valve for zone 3 that was stuck we replaced it. We found 3 leaking heads one in the front and two pin the backyard. They were all replaced. We found 3 broken nozzles and replaced all.
Customer called because of a leak he had, told to him by the city, we found it to be a sweeping valve for zone 5. We replaced the valve and found 3 more leaking heads and other leak in the lateral line of zone 4, right side of driveway. Customer still has a small leak be we are unable to determine if it is a domestic line leak or something in the system because the dca has no handles, not allowing up to preform out leak test but, he does already have a plumber coming out. Leaving an estimate for new dca and other low heads we found.
Customer had a leaking valve on right side of lawn. We replaced the valve We also replaced DCA shut off handles were completely rusted advised customer the importance of having a good shut off valve We gave customer a quote on short heads in yard We will schedule another visit for the other work since she had to leave today.
For this job we found a wire that was cut of zone 5 and 6 and were both reconnected.
