I was so pleased with the work that was done. The sprinkler repairs were added and sprinkling suggestions were made and added which improved the water coverage of the entire front lawn. The men worked from arrival time until they left.

Very timely. I’m assuming the problem has been addressed. Will know definitely in time. The only negative is when there is a man and a woman residing at a residence, it would be nice for the technician to look at the woman as well as the man when explaining issues. Women do own homes and pay invoices and can understand problems when explained. I find this to be true when dealing with other repair technicians as well. Otherwise, I am pleased with your service.

Customer called because a head was leaking really bad in front, on zone 3. We found it to be a busted polynipple, as well as another one on zone 4. We replaced both heads and fixed a busted flex line in backyard, zone 2.
Customer called for an emergency shut off. I came by closed DCA valves were leaking if your facing the house to the right. Behind the live oak tree Customer will call to make an appointment on Monday

For this job was client was concerned about having a leak in the front yard. We did a test on the double check to see if there was any leaks and there was no signs of leaking in the irrigation system. We did a system check on the house and there was no leaks on the lateral or the mainline.
What was leaking was the box of the double check we need to replace it. It is a 2 inch and the meter when it gets replaced we should check again for another leak because there might be another one. The system is old since I mentioned the last 2 times and there might be another one when the pressure comes back. Estimate will be sent but i taped to client about pricing and he asked why it was so expensive. I explained there house master than the usual and it was a large piece and it’s the principal shut off for the irrigation. He will check it and will call to accept the quote. He knows there could be another leak.

For this job customer had concerns about having a leak inside his house and thought it was from the irrigation system. There is a bubbler near the area and he bleiebved it had something to do with it because overflows sometimes. We did a leak test and checked water meter and there was no leak. We also did a check test the other meter. And there was no leak.
We replaced the sump pump because wasn’t working not more this pump is on the back yard by the pool equipment all done we recommend to cleaning out the base of those pump once a year on this time we did it already

Customer had some work done and guys did not open meter all the way. We opened and ran the system again. The pressure came back. Everything is good now
Customer had some roofing done We found a riser adapter that came off and the flower pot as well. We fix and we tested the rest of the system only that was broken All good now
We found a drip leak in the back yard but nothing is wrong on the rest of the station and the meter is no reading so we not said if is domestic line leak or not Look like is running for little wall but the valve turning on/off good
