Professional service

Very knowledgeable about my irrigation issues, and they were quick and efficient to fix the issue. Just wish they weren’t as pricey on parts I could get at the hardware store for more than half the price…however there is something to be said about peace of mind. Would highly recommend.

Customer had a leak in his system under the concrete we tried to revamp the pipe to skip that area that was leaking we did various attempts including pipe repairs but leak continued Lastly we found the main line on side of backyard we capped and the leak stopped After that we turned everything back on and zone 8 did not come on I advised customer that there’s more work to be done Also many zones in the system have very low pressure but that was since the beginning when we first arrived the first day of the visit. Miguel checked the system with me As of 12/20 customer is aware that this is ONLY for leak under concrete work that there’s more work pending for example full system diagnostic Green house ETC As of 12/20 leak under concrete is gone. As of 12/20 when we got done burying the main line, leak is gone under concrete But meter was still moving. I adjusted invoice because we replaced two more valves We found a two other valves passing water zone valve 17 and zone 11 we repl

We came because he thought the drain was clogged. We put water pressure and the water started to come out. We see that the fluid level was not correct. There were also 3 boxes connected above the main line and 5 gaters connected. We explained to the client that the drainge was not designed correctly and we left him a quote to re do

System check at this time we found 20 leaking,sticking,low popups also rain sensor battery is dead also zone valve for zone 7 is stuck open and master valve is defective At this time we replaced master valve and zone valve for zone 7 and installed new battery and 2 drip indicators for front fb and parkway

Two shrub adapters were replaced in the front yard left side flower bed on to risers. One pop-up was replaced on the left side of the driveway right at the garage. We changed the programming for fall schedule.

We replaced five 6” pop-ups on the property. Two were in the front yard left side at the corner of the sidewalk in the walking path and the other is about 15 feet to the center of the lawn. On the right side of the property in the parkway there are two pop-ups that were replaced in between the trees. We also kept the bubblers on these two trees. We repaired a pipe break in the backyard to the left side of the driveway next to the garage near a medium valve box with a copper ball valve. Several nozzles were replaced on the property for better coverage.

Customer called because a zone was not coming on, we checked rest of system, zone 9 has what seems to be a lateral line leak but customer didn’t want us to fix at this time, said he hardly uses that zone. We replaced the valve for zone 13, and replaced a few nozzles on left side of home to help with coverage in that area.

For this job, we did a sprinkler diagnostic and we ended up switching 4 sprinklers in the front yard, 1 sprinkler on the right side of the house and two near the pool. We put extensions 4 on the risers, and switched 2 nozzles. And ended up setting up the control time the customers liking.

We came to look at a broken head in the back we first saw the DCA didn’t have handles on the rest of the system we saw another leak which was a pipe and we also saw about 35 low heads and we recommended them to the customer but he only wanted to do the 2 leaks and the DCA were gonna send the estimate for the the low heads once we fixed the leaks and changed the DCA we checked the system and everything turned on and off properly.

When we arrived the customer said he has a leak in the parkway. He told us he called the city and they said it is not their issue or their cause of this leak. We noticed that the leak the customer is talking about is a domestic line leak. There are no leaks in the lateral lines or main line there is just a domestic line. We also saw that the double check was leaking a little amount so we told customer if not repaired it will cause furthermore damage.

Nothing was coming on due to master valve wire damaged. Gave customer options, and we eliminated the master valve, and also repaired a pipe leak in zone 3 parkway area. And replaced a shrub adaptor and nozzles on a riser close to the house. Aside that system is functioning properly when ran manually.
