Love the doctors. Just other clinics are taking insurance and I hate to leave but now that I feel clean the price bothers me

I was working out of town. I got my dr appointment taken care of over the phone Via FaceTime. Had an awful experience with a Walgreens out there. Anyway they refused to fill my prescription with out the dr getting ahold of them sending this sending that. It was one hope to jump the then another. I had been having a bad day already, then dealing with this made it worse by ten fold. I called Fritz office a very professional young woman named Lori answered and asked what I needed. I told her I needed to talk to my home office. They couldn’t be reached but she assured me she would help me any way she could. The entire time I was on the phone with her she was professional but it was like she was a close friend I had known forever. Not sure what it was but it was very calming for me. It was like I had a person on the inside. I even called back to thank her. And she was just as good if not better at calming me down. I suffer from anxiety and stress. Being 900 miles from home, running a job where I had to leave one man on the job site alone, that I never do. On top of all that having to deal with the pharmacy and getting the run around from them causing me to be gone longer and longer just made it worse. When I got on the phone with Lori instantly I felt better. I know this is going to sound corny but the young lady I spoke to was a godsend for me. I don’t know how else to repay her for helping me other than what I’m doing. Thank you for your time William

Great staff that’s professional and very friendly. They are always accommodating when I need to change the time of my appointment. Only negative thing I could say is that it Costs a lot of money every visit and that could be reduced. I can afford it but I’m sure others can’t.

Daniel, thank you for your kind words about our staff. We do our best to be flexible and we appreciate you taking the time to acknowledge it. Regarding our fees, until two years ago, our fees did not increase for the previous ten years. But you are correct, some cannot afford to pay for each visit. Fortunately, we are able to serve hundreds of these folks each month via a federal needs-based grant which covers our visit, counseling, Suboxone medication, and other services.

Checking in a Suboxone patient this afternoon. Mr. Wilbanks has been a compliant patient at Fritz Clinic for 3 years. He was previously addicted to Heroin and he said that Suboxone changed his life. He said that opiates almost took his life several times. He has a job and is doing great.
Mr. Jones is checking in this morning for opiate dependency. He stated that he was previously addicted to OxyContin before starting at Fritz Clinic. He said that Suboxone has saved his life and his marriage. He is doing vwey well on his current dose and has no adverse reactions.
Checking in a new patient that was hooked on pain killers and is now receiving treatment for opiate dependency. She stated that she has is ready to get her life back.
This patient has been a Suboxone patient at the clinic for 4 years. She is here for opioid addiction. She said she loves Fritz Clinic and that we are like family. She is doing well on her treatment plan.
Checking in Miss. Smith this afternoon for opioid dependence. She has been a patient here for 4 years. She is stable on Suboxone and is doing well on her current dose.
Mr. Coleman checks in today stating that his first month being on our program has changed his life. He said that Suboxone has been a life changer for him. He is excited that he has a hold on his opioid addiction.
Checking in a patient today that is on our Suboxone program. She was previously addicted to Oxycodone. She stated that taking charge of her addiction has been the best thing that she has ever done. She is doing well on her current dose and she is not having any adverse reactions.
New to Suboxone treatment. Started using opiates at age 17, which escalated to Heroin use about 5 years ago. Suboxone has been able to subside cravings and manage withdrawals successfully at this time. Has a positive outlook on treatment and their future with reconnecting with family
Checking in a Restart patient. He is here for heroin addiction. He was last seen in the clinic in January of this year. He stated that he "fell off the wagon" and that he is ready to get his life back together. He and is ready to fight opioid dependence for good this time.
CHECKED IN SUBOXONE PATIENT WHO HAS BEEN WITH US SINCE MARCH 2019. SHE SHOWS IMPROVEMENTS AT EACH VISIT AND LOOKS BETTER EACH MONTH.
Started Suboxone treatment a little over a year ago. Since beginning treatment, has been able to maintain clean drug screens. Started a new job about 2 months ago and working swing shift. States without treatment for opiate addiction, he would have never been able to maintain employment. Pt has a very positive outlook on the future.
Checking in a very delightful gentleman. He was addicted to heroin before becoming a patient in 2019. He stated that he recently lost his job and is living with his mother. Overall, he is doing well on his current dose of Suboxone for opioid dependence.
