Met with our friends out in Alexandria. Homeowner was having issues with sagging floors in the laundry room. Replacing the floor joists and using our posts and the homeowners problems will be solved.
Went out to an inspection at a homeowners home that wanted to encapsulate their crawlspace. Upon inspection Drainage is needed before we can encapsulate due to the water intrusion. Out system will have it completely fixed and dry once installed
Met with a homeowner who was concerned with his door ways sticking and possible foundation issues. Upon inspection this homeowner has high humidity and water intrusion in his crawlspace.
