A manager of a large living center called with complaints of sagging floors in the facility. Located in Carrollton, Ga, we inspected the large facility for any signs of water damage in the sub floors. We found the problem area and created a plan to explain to the customer what was involved in order to keep the residents safe. After quoting and going through our findings, the manager was happy with the information and was ready to start the project!
