A customer called from Carrolton, Ga with concerns of sagging floors. We traveled out to the home to inspect the crawl space. We found water damage that went into the subfloor, causing the initial issue of sagging floors. After inspecting the home, we went over the notes gathered with the home owner. They was happy with the inspection and went ahead with the project.
