Another leak from heavy rains, water came in around the chimney, ceilings are wet in three rooms. We are getting the flashing around the chimney replaced and drying the rooms. Leak was caught early so we will dry everything in place without having to remove drywall. The sooner you call the better the results.
Home on Ono Island has a major mold outbreak in the elevator shaft. Climbed into attic and found puddles of cold water, A/C is the cause, having A/C fixed and we will clean, treat and dry out home once the water and AC issues are resolved.
Customer had water spots on ceiling and a musty smell, detected moisture using the FLIR camera which indicated a roof leak during the hurricane was likely. Removal of the drywall and insulation recommended so drying and treatment with anti-microbial can occur.
