I am sure glad I had them come and inspect. Besides learning all of the specifics about our mold problems in the crawl space there was another ongoing leak leak from a toilet that had gone undetected until them found it. Now I can have that leak also repaired while I have the plumber here. Good catch, and a timely value.

Fire Damage that caused sprinkler system to flood apartment in Murray. A small kitchen fire can cause a lot of damage throughout the rest of a dwelling. Three floors effected by water damage.
Sink was left on with the drain plug on and flooded a whole bathroom and living room
Did a mold inspection the home owner had a leak on the kitchen sink the water travel to the unfinished basement he took care of the water in the basement but disregarded underneath the sink after a couple of weeks he noticed dark spots on the drywall and decided to call for help

Working on a drain leak in sunset ut. The drain line from the sink is leaking from a bad joint.
Just completed a mold inspection in Bountiful, Ut. The mold resulted from a foundation leak, and a rain gutter down spout being disconnected. Resulting in wet carpet pad, wet carpet, swollen base and ultimately ruining her custom wainscoting.
