I took my car to Roanoke Dent biz for an estimate. The guys who work there took time to show me their procedures, tools they would use and work they were doing on other vehicles. The estimate was fair. I was impressed at the way they treated me as a customer. I had stepped off my ladder in my garage, lost my balance and fell backward into my car putting 3 pretty big size dents in the door and fender. Dent biz worked their magic and made my car look fantastic. I took my car in at 10 and picked it up the same day at 6 pm. Brad and crew are very customer oriented and strive to do the best job in repairing your vehicle. I definitely would do business with them again if need a repair…They are really good and aim to please!

I love the outcome of my repair. I had a dent in my hood and went to other shops to get quotes. I was told that PDR wasn't an option for me and that I would have to pay an outrages about to fix the small dent. My last option was Dent Biz, I went because I saw a 5 star rating. I tried to ignore this dent in my new Mercedes but sadly, no matter how beautiful your vehicle is, and no matter how much you try to look away, that "dent" just calls out to you! (The car was dented at a car wash- but that's another review for another time) My car dealer referred me to DentBiz. From the initial telephone conversation to the return of my car I was treated professionally. The cost and time frame of the repair was discussed and Brad delivered! My car was repaired to "as new" condition and I was provided a free loan car while it was repaired. I had a large dent on my left front fender. I was told by other places that they wouldn't be able to fully remove the dent. Dent Biz told me that they could remove it and for a lot less than anyone else. I was amazed at their work! My vehicle looks like brand new, and there is no evidence the dent was ever there. They even offer you a vehicle to drive while they do the repairs, it doesn't get more convenient that that. They are true professionals and I will recommend them to everyone. I hope I never get another dent in my vehicle, but if I do, Dent Biz will be doing the repairs.

These guys are really good! Great service, very knowledgeable and high professional standards, meticulous and incredibly thorough with their work. I had one car that had severe hail damage and am absolutely amazed at how perfect the car looks now! Another car had a fender dent that someone else failed to remove and Dent Biz was able to completely remove the dent. Brad is your "go to" guy and can answer all of your questions and keep you up to date on the process. I always have high expectations for any work done and Dent Biz far exceeded my expectations.

My hail damage was extremely bad. The hail tech did an amazing job. All my dents were gone and even door dings that were not apart of my claim. Thank you Trace for the speedy work.
