My experience with Heather was amazing! She was very personable, but also got down to business to get a great work out in. She made me feel very comfortable and never seemed annoyed by the chaos of my kids and dogs. (They all loved the days she’d come, too!)
Jenny and her team are the best. My weekly workout is clearly specific to me and my goals. We often start our workout with a quick warm up walk around the neighborhood. In the summer we have plenty of sunlight. Today we bundled up and used the Christmas lights to shine the way. It was really peaceful and beautiful! A perfect way to start the winter solstice.

I really enjoy when grandparents include their grandkids in the workout. They can show their strength while having fun. Plus it models a healthy behavior that is vital to a long life.

Most snowbirds fly toward the sunshine, but not this one. She is headed to the mountain west to chase the snow! We are training cardio endurance for the altitude and leg strength for the slopes.
