I've had a fantastic experience working with Body Within, and in particular Michelle. She meets you wherever your fitness level is and is so supportive and encouraging... constant positive feedback. She is particularly helpful in adjusting workouts on the fly if something (my back) isn't cooperating. I highly recommend this team.
I'm so glad I decided to work with them. They gave me the motivation and tools to get going on my exercise plan. I worked with Heather who is wonderful! She came up with a good total body workout every time we met. What I really liked is that she took into consideration the fact that I have a knee I have to be careful of. And she was great about showing me specific exercises for a particular problem area, like my arms, when I requested it. She always asked if the workout was enough, good, or too much. I can definitely recommend them.
On the very first visit I was given great information to help my back problems… And I have not felt this good in many many years.
Heather has been my trainer and I couldn’t recommend her more highly. I have used a number of trainers on and off over the years. Heather has been timely flexible and very committed to working around any injuries and fitness priorities with custom routines. We had fun but she was always committed to making sure I got a good workout. I am moving out of state so I will miss them; but I’m very grateful for their help getting me on track to feeling great with a strong fitness regimen.
Good people, useful tools, very flexible, etc. These teams will help you acquire tools you need to excel in and out of your space. (2020-21)- clean and safe within within COVID-19 pandemic. Considerate and cautious within this time.

Chair yoga has brought these friends together almost every Monday for more than five years. It is a double shot for their health. Stretching their bodies while strengthening their social connections. This is what keeps us young!
Another mild day in mid-February. We’ll take advantage of it by warming up with a quick walk around the block. Nothing better than adding fresh air and sunshine to the workout.
Today’s workout requires nothing more than body weight and a jump rope. This road warrior is going to be ready to rock no matter what!
Snow day? No way. We just shift from in-person to on-line training and we are good to go!
