I'm so glad I decided to work with them. They gave me the motivation and tools to get going on my exercise plan. I worked with Heather who is wonderful! She came up with a good total body workout every time we met. What I really liked is that she took into consideration the fact that I have a knee I have to be careful of. And she was great about showing me specific exercises for a particular problem area, like my arms, when I requested it. She always asked if the workout was enough, good, or too much. I can definitely recommend them.
