I had worked with a personal trainer in Grand Rapids and was very happy with my trainer and had great results. I moved to the Brighton area about 3 1/2 years ago and tried several gyms, interviewed several trainers and even hired one. However, I wasn't seeing any progress and didn't feel the same motivational dynamic as I had with my previous trainer, in short I felt like I was wasting money. I felt defeated and discouraged, until I found Bodywithin online. I made an appointment and from the moment I met Chris, I knew I would see results. Chris's knowledge of fitness and improved health were obvious. Chris assigned Heather as my trainer. Heather is amazing! Her workouts are challenging, yet still fun. She can make burpees and push-ups fun! I can not express how much Heather has helped me improve physically and mentally in just 3 short months. I am much stronger, more flexible, and energetic now. Also, I am on a very restrictive medical diet and the support and encouragement I have received are invaluable. Chris checks in with me regularly and I feel as though I not only have an awesome trainer in Heather, but a whole team supporting and cheering me on. Bodywithin cares about their clients! Sorry for the long review, but they are just all that!

Another functional fitness testimonial…last night was Halloween and my client had a blast! They were able to run from door to door through the rain with their five year old grandson. The fact he could keep up was a testament to his training!
Two days of yard work and gardening without stiffness or soreness means the workouts are paying off!
