Completed service today. Inspected and serviced exterior of property. Started off by inspecting all rodent bait stations surrounding property. Activity only found on one station, on front right corner of strip mall. Replenished bait as needed today. Liquid application was also applied along foundation to help control general pest activity. Good afternoon. Today I completed your initial premium pest control service. Todays targeted issue is with rodents and spiders. I started off inspecting the exterior of the building. I noticed multiple openings in the back by the dumpsters. I recommend having all openings professionally repaired. I placed a rodent bait stations on the back corner by the dumpsters. I also placed a bait stations in the back of each corner of the building. Another station was added to the front of the building in between the fresh tortilla restaurant and the four seasons massage business. I will added more bait stations going forward if needed but I feel the stations input down will certainly do the job. I then treated the exterior with a liquid application was spider control. The station inside the living room had feeding. I replenished all stations. On the exterior, the rodent bait stations both had about moderate feeding. I replenished all bait. Good morning today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. Today’s targeted issue is with fleas. I started with the exterior first. I placed a rodent bait station in the back of the house near the drain spout for rodent control. I also inspected for termites, happy to report no termite activity at this time. I then installed termite monitors at all 4 corners of the home. We will inspect these every quarterly visit. I then applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control seasonal pests. I noticed an active yellow jacket nest in the corner of the house near the porch. I applied a liquid treatment to the nest. Please avoid the area for a few days. The yellow jackets are agitated and will sting. On the interior, I applied a liquid treatment to all baseboards in all rooms. I also treated rugs, and furniture in every room of the home for fleas. Please remain out of the home for at least 4 hours. A follow up will be set up to come back in two weeks t
