Good morning. Today I completed your initial premium pest control service. Today’s targeted issue is with carpenter ants. You also mentioned seeing some mice droppings in the garage. I started off inspecting the garage. I saw some droppings along the ledge on the sides of the garage. I placed rodent bait stations on the ledge on each side of the garage to help with rodent control. On the exterior, I placed a rodent bait station on the back left side of the home to help with mice control. I also applied granular bait at the corners of the home to help with ant control. I then removed all visible cobwebs from doors and windows. A liquid treatment was applied to the exterior foundation to help control ants and other seasonal pests. I recommend trimming back vegetation away from the home. Ants and insects can use the branches to enter the home. Please allow 10 to 14 days for our products to take effect.
