Hello came out today and did your termite sentricon service Installed 17 in ground termite bait stations around perimeter of house Also installed one AG in crawl space Follow up in 40 days Also treated exterior foundation base with a liquid residual spray for seasonal pest prevention. Hello! Today I was here for your premium pest service. Judging by the photo and location, the ants in question are most likely carpenter ants. Luckily, the shrubs they were found, and are a good distance from the home. I did apply a granular bait in gaps in the wood that brackets the driveway. I would recommend while pruning, or cleaning up the shrubs, removing the dead wood that builds up in them. This will help naturally remove some carpenter ant activity, as you are getting rid of conducive conditions, as well as helping the shrubs grow in Fuller. I inspected the exterior of the home and brushed down accessible spiderwebs. I then treated around the perimeter foundation of the home with a liquid residual product for general pest control. Hello! Today I performed your quarterly premium pest service. I started on the interior of the home checking rodent bait stations and looking for rodent evidence, throughout the kitchen and basement. The upstairs did not show any signs of feeding. The bait stations lead to the smaller crawlspace areas did have signs of feeding, as well as one along the sills. I changed out the bait in the ground bait stations as they had some water damage. These stations were moved to seal areas as this seems to be the more active location. All in all, evidence of rodent activity on the interior was extremely light. On the outside, I maintained exterior rodent bait stations, brushed down spider webs, and inspected the exterior of the home. I then treated the perimeter foundation of the home with a liquid residual product for General pest control. I did not note any pest activity at this time.
