Tech showed up. Did not explain what was to be done. Left the property. I assume he did what he was supposed to do. Disappointed. Lack of any notable customer service. Will seek recommendations from neighbors regarding other companies in the area.

Today I completed your quarterly premium plus pest control service. A liquid residual treatment was applied around the exterior of home for seasonal insects. Also a Weber pole duster was used to knock down any spider webs on the exterior. All 4 termite monitors were inspected, no signs of termites were found. 2 monitors were damaged on the left side of home, they were replaced with new monitors. These applications are to aid in the prevention of insect entry and control. Per your concern for mice sometimes getting into basement, a rodent station was placed on each side of home(2), on front side of fence, out of reach from dog. These stations will help control and monitor any small rodent activity(mice and rats), and will be inspected on future visits. Please contact our office if you have any questions or concerns.
