Hello! Today I completed your Premium Pest initial service for cockroaches. Upon arrival we spoke about seeing most of the activity in the kitchen and saw a couple in the laundry room and bathroom. I applied a liquid residual for available baseboards to areas of concern for cockroaches. I also applied a cockroach gel bait to kitchen cabinets. I started exterior treatment by removing visible cobwebs using my Webster pole. I noticed carpenter bee spitting on eaves of home. I treated exterior perimeter of home and eaves with a liquid residual for general pests and carpenter bees. I will set a 2-week follow up for the cockroaches. Please call in sometime this week to confirm it. We will also be back in 30-days for your first quarterly service. Please allow 10-14 days for treatment’s best effects. Hello Kevin! Today I was here for your initial service for wasp! I did a visual inspection with you of your back porch under the flower bush where we noticed the yellow jackets going in and out. And noticed another nest under your kids toy chest. I applied a liquid treatment to the underground nest and applied an aerosol treatment to the paper wasp nest on the tool chest. Please allow up 45 minutes to an hour for the product to dry. And please allow up to 2-3weeks for the products to take full effect! Someone will be following up in 30 days. Hello! Today I was here for your Termite install service. First I performed a visual inspection of the interior and exterior of the property for Termites and signs of termite activity was found around the exterior garage door frame on the side of the home, the bottom of the sliding door around the back of the home as well as the interior of the garage door frame in the garage but 2 Above ground stations was placed around the garage door inside were live termite activity was observed. Then I installed all 24 Termite stations around the property were need to always have active protection against Termites. It is important to know that swarming during the elimination process is normal and will continue to happen over the next 3+ months until the colony is eliminated.
