What a great experience. Keith was prompt and responsive. He explained everything in detail and had my safety as his primary concern. He did give me details about a service plan, but I didn’t take it because we may be moving soon. I never felt pressured, only informed. Thanks for helping us with our bee problem.

Today I completed your initial premium pest control service. The primary concern of today’s visit was earwigs. After inspecting the interior of the property did not see any signs of ear wigs however, I still treated accordingly. I applied a liquid treatment to all interior baseboards. This will help eliminate the earwigs as they move through the treated areas. I placed glue boards throughout the apartment perimeter. Especially near vents where I believe the earwigs are accessing the home. Please allow 7 to 10 days for best results. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact myself or the office. I began by removing visible spider webs around the exterior of the home, followed by the application of a liquid residual treatment along the perimeter to help prevent pest entry. Additionally, termite monitors were installed at each corner of the home to aid in early detection of termite activity. Placed an interior rodent bait station in attic and placed exterior rodent bait station on left side of home. Please give it 10-14 days to see a decrease in activity. good afternoon Ruben, today I completed your initial premium pest control service. The primary focus of today’s service was Yellowjackets and rodents in the garage. Upon completion of my inspection of the exterior, I didn’t notice too hives one near the front stairs on the right side and one in the yard at the far right side near the rocks. I treated those hives directly with a liquid residual solution that will help eliminate the yellow jackets as they move through the treated areas. Additionally treated the entire exterior perimeter with a liquid treatment as well and removed all visible webbing from the front of the home. I did not see any other issues to report. On the interior, I treated the unfinished portions of the basement with a liquid residual solution that will help eliminate all seasonal insects that may arise. Today I completed your premium plus pest control service. I installed four termite monitors on the outside of your home. Visible cobwebs were knocked down on the outside of your home. I then applied a liquid residual application around all outside windows, doorways, and cracks and crevices. This will help prevent and eliminate seasonal pest activity from getting indoors. As requested I treated the entry points where wasp have been spotted. I then placed a rodent bait station on the exterior where it is out of site near the garage doors. I inspected the garage and noticed that the door has a gap (please see picture attached to account). I placed mice bait stations in the garage as well. Kitchen drawers and unfinished parts of the basement were inspected and I found mice droppings, I made sure to put down mice stations as well. Please allow 10-14 days to see a decrease in activity. On today’s visit I inspected and treated exterior. I knocked on the door, but due to how early it was, there was no answer. Applied liquid application along exterior foundation as well as around windows and doors of structure, as a treatment against insect activity.
